Managing Partner, EMEA

Grace Fenstermaker is Managing Partner, EMEA at Qorvis, where she develops public affairs programs on behalf of sovereign governments and multinational corporations. She invested in the management buyout of Qorvis in its acquisition from the Publicis Groupe in 2023.

From Qorvis’ Dubai hub, Fenstermaker oversees campaigns for multinational corporations, primarily in the energy and banking sectors. She has served as a public affairs advisor to SOCAR Trading, Wellbred Trading, and Novum Energy.

In the energy and banking sectors, she advises corporations and high-net-worth individuals on emerging sanctions, compliance, and foreign policy changes currently pending before the United States government. She coordinates media and lobbying efforts in Washington, Europe, and the Middle East.

In Washington, Fenstermaker works closely with lawmakers on Capitol Hill and influencers in the Executive Branch to ensure that her clients’ concerns are understood by the decision makers.

Fenstermaker worked with Swiss companies and the Trump and Obama administrations to bring Swiss-style apprenticeships and job experience activities to America. President Trump recognized the program from the White House at an executive order signing in 2017.

Recently, Fenstermaker helped multinational corporations develop relationships with the United States Departments of the Treasury, State, Commerce, and Energy to advance their investment interests and to support American policy, while fostering deeper relationships in the Administration.

Fenstermaker was a media strategy advisor to Egypt’s Office of the Presidential Spokesperson during the country’s 2014 presidential election. She began her career at Fox News in Washington.

Fenstermaker holds a bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University.
